Estoril Golf Club course

One of the oldest and best-known courses in portugal, Estoril has held the Portuguese Open on numerous occasions. Many champions - from Max Faulkner to Severiano Ballesteros - have graced its fairways. Internationally famous for its location near the luxurious beach resort of Estoril (and its' respective casino), the course was designed by Mackenzie Ross. The architect has made excellent use of the pine and eucalyptus trees which, together with the uneven terrain, challenge the golfer's accuracy rather than distance.

It is a short course providing and enticing challenge; and for less experienced players there are another nine holes. Highly experienced caddies are available to advise you on all the course details and pitfalls. Your round could finish with some excellent Portuguese cuisine on the veranda of the clubhouse restaurant, with its spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean.
