Booking
Conditions
- We act as agents
for our Portuguese suppliers of Accommodation, Transport,
Golf and any other item included with the exception
of Flights and Travel Insurance.
- Once you have accepted
the arrangements provided by ourselves, you will
receive confirmation not only from ourselves, but
also from the supplier.
- On receipt of this,
a 20% deposit will be requested, followed by final
payment due 6 weeks before arrival. Note that our
prices, unless quoted otherwise, are displayed in
€uros.
- We always advise that you
hold adequate Travel
Insurance for the duration of your holiday and that you
have additional cover for Golf Equipment.
- All deposits are
non-refundable.
- Any cancellations
must be notified as soon as possible.
- Cancellation of Golf Bookings
must be received 4 weeks before play, otherwise Green Fees
cannot be refunded.
- In the event of
your Tee Times being changed or cancelled (by the
course), a suitable alternative will be arranged
by ourselves.
- The price of your holiday is subject to surcharges on the exchange rate variations.
These may increase or decrease from the time the original invoice is sent.
You may cancel your holiday with a full refund of all money paid up to 4 weeks before departure.
- We reserve the right to increase prices at any time up to 30 days prior to departure.
There will be no increase within 30 days except in the case of bookings made within this time when all price increases may be passed on.
